Rogério Thomé

A Business Administrator registered with the Regional Board of Administration (CRA/SP 134831), an Accountant registered with the Regional Board of Accountancy (CRC 1SP329694/O-0) and a Certified Independent Auditor registered with the National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI 6400). Rogerio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Marília, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Uniderp, an MBA in Compliance and Risk Management from Uniderp, alongside an MBA in Finance and Controllership and an MBA in Tax Planning, both from Universidade Anhanguera.  

With over 15 years of experience in accounting audit, corporate consulting and tax advisory, he has a well-established practice in corporate and succession planning, corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions. He is responsible for designing and implementing accounting strategies for clients, leading the development of customized solutions tailored to each business’s operational reality and contributing to the structuring of practices that seamlessly integrate management, compliance and tax planning.
