Digital and LGPD
Holding a Ph.D. (2014) and a Master of Laws (LL.M., 2008) in State Law, with an emphasis on Tax Law, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Eurípides Soares da Rocha Education Foundation (UNIVEM). Tiago has a well-established academic career, featuring a multidisciplinary approach across Tax Law, Fundamental Rights and Information Technology. His academic leadership includes previously coordinating a Master’s program in Law alongside extensive teaching experience at prominent institutions. Currently, he serves as a professor for both the undergraduate Law program and the Master’s Program in Information Society Law at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU/SP).
At Arruda Advocacia Estratégica, Tiago leads the Digital Law and Data Protection practice group, operating at the intersection of technology, regulation and corporate activity, with a core focus on integrated risk analysis and the structuring of legal frameworks aligned with our clients’ digital transformation.
