Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and postgraduate degrees in Tax Law from IBDT, IBET, the University of Salamanca (Spain), and APET, Carlos has a well-established career in business law, managing complex legal demands and designing strategic frameworks for clients.  

From the very beginning of his career, he understood that effective legal solutions require integrating different fields of knowledge and developing a genuine proximity to business dynamics.  

Driven by this vision, he founded the firm, establishing an operating model rooted in multidisciplinary integration, high technical standards, strategic analysis, trust and the creation of customized legal solutions.
