Juliano Lima

Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Marília (UNIMAR), a specialization in Civil Procedural Law with an emphasis on Corporate Law from the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law with a concentration in Contracts from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).  

With over 20 years of experience in corporate law, Juliano has a well-established practice in strategic litigation and legal advisory for domestic and multinational corporations. At Arruda Advocacia Estratégica, he participates in contractual structuring, conflict management and the handling of high-complexity judicial and administrative demands.
