Marina Boechat

Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR), a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting  from the Eurípides Soares da Rocha Education Foundation (UNIVEM) and a specialization in Tax Management from Centro Universitário Álvares Penteado (FECAP).  

With over 12 years of experience in the tax field, including background in tax advisory at a Big Four firm, Marina has been part of Arruda Advocacia Estratégica for over 8 years. Operating in the legal-tax department, her practice focuses on tax advisory and counsel, tax planning, tax settlements and designing solutions aimed at contingency mitigation and tax efficiency, always prioritizing legal certainty and strong alignment with business needs.
