Sharlene Spadoto

Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Eurípides Soares da Rocha Education Foundation (UNIVEM) and a specialization in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), Sharlene also completed advanced training in Analytical Tax Procedure.  

With an active practice in the tax field since 2006, she joined the firm that same year, accumulating nearly two decades of experience within the organization. Her practice focuses on managing tax liabilities as well as handling administrative and judicial litigation, actively participating in the design of fiscal strategies tailored to the operational reality of companies.
